Shipping

All orders will be shipped promptly via USPS first class mail. Delivery can be expected within 2 to 4 weeks following confirmation of your payment. Shipping charges are:

$5.00US per DVD for U.S. and Canadian orders
$10.00US per DVD for International orders


Returns

Returns will be accepted for defective items only and require prior approval. Call 905-780-9908 for return approval requests. A replacement for defective products will be shipped upon receipt of the defective item. All product received without prior approval will be returned unopened to sender.
